Rockstars will be partying twice as hard at the second annual PUMA Rockstar Hotel in Toronto on Saturday, June 14 in celebration of the 2008 MuchMusic Video Awards. The Gladstone Hotel, a popular destination for Toronto’s art and music scene, will be the destination for this elite event again this year.

The entire hotel has been secured for this exclusive event that will see music artists and industry tastemakers looking to get the party started the night before the big awards ceremony. Last year, Rockstar Hotel hosted more than a thousand guests including Hilary Duff, Maroon 5, Chris Bosh, The Used, Nickleback, Alexisonfire and Finger 11.

The party begins at 10:30 p.m. and will feature a red carpet entrance, celebrity DJ performances and dance party, brand experience suites provided by PUMA, Fido, Zune and FUZE. Other sponsors of the event include Heineken, Xbox 360, Dose.ca, E!, Exclaim! and Resource Integrated.

Pink Mafia has lined up performances by: Fierce Helder, Shit La Merde, Hatchmatik & Merk Meny (Peer Pressure/MTL), Sandra (Siamese2Hearts/NYC), Guns N Bombs (Kitsune/Turbo/LA) and a special live performance by top secret guest.

Previous Rockstar events include the 2007 and 2008 Juno Awards (in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Calgary, Alberta, respectively) and last year’s 2007 Much Music Video Awards.
