—- Jolly Jam 2007 is a holiday fundraising event showcasing some of Toronto’s best musical talent while raising money and awareness for numerous charities in one night! This year’s Jolly Jam is in support of SickKid’s Hospital Foundation www.sickkids.ca, the Daily Bread Food Bank www.dailybread.ca and Interval House www.intervalhouse.on.ca.
Hosted by Miss Teen Canada Int’l 2008 Cassondra Paletta and the Toronto Maple Leaf’s in-arena host Monika Platek, our musical line up includes performances by SPANC, Proxy Set www.proxyset.com, Eden Ants www.edenants.com, Sarah Teitel www.sarahteitel.com, DJ Hot Body and Special Guest - Winner of the CBC Galaxie Rising Star Award and the Grand Prize Winner of Toronto’s Indie Week Peter Katz www.peterkatz.com.
Jolly Jam is happening Wednesday, December 5th at Grace O’Malley’s, 14 Duncan St. Toronto www.gracies.ca/toronto. Advance tickets are 12$ and 15$ at the door and doors open at 7:30. All ticket proceeds are in support of SickKid’s Hospital Foundation. Bring a non perishable food item or unwrapped toy for donation to the Daily Bread Food Bank and Interval House and you will receive a free raffle ticket per donation. You may win one of our awesome draw prizes. Jolly Jam has received a total value of $2000 in draw prizes this year!
The holiday season is a wonderful time of year! However when you are a family with sick child, homeless or in need it can be an even more difficult time.
