MERMADEBAUBLES is a labour of love, between Jen’s other loves.

“I make jewelery on the side from my “real” job that is full time. In addition to taking care of our two little children, my husband is a freelance Flash web site designer and also works part time. He made the site for me despite our busy schedules, knowing that making jewelery serves as an important method of relaxation. ”

The jewelery consists mainly of sterling silver wire wrap links and beads that include but aren’t limited to Semi Precious Gem Stones, Glass, Wood, buttons, Pearls, Porcelain, Swarovski crystals and more!

Jen says,”I like to combine textures and colors and sizes to get an eclectic and original piece for the wearer. Each piece has underlying inspiration and that is usually reflected in the description. I try to write something interesting about them to give the wearer an idea of the story behind the character that my jewelery brings to their ensemble for the day.”
